Fillet of Salmon with Spicy Honey



Fillet of Salmon with Spicy Honey

Materials:
• 3 pieces of salmon fillet
• 4-5 cloves of garlic (forged)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
• 1 coffee cup honey
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon of paprika
• 1 lemon (sliced)
• 1 pinch of parsley (finely chopped)
• Salt
• Black pepper

Preparation

After washing the salmon, dry and dry with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili and salt in a container. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil into the pan and bake the salmon fillets over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until their skin is on top. When you start to darken, you know you're cooked. Turn it upside down, after the skin for 2-3 minutes before cooking, add the garlic to the pan and mix lightly until it is brown. Then add the sauce and lemon slices prepared into the pan and cook with a spoon over the salmon. When the sauce turns out to be sticky, turn off the stove and close the lid and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
