Keto Garlic Cheese Crackers
Easy low-carb and gluten-free crackers made from coconut flour and cheese. It's so simple that Chief Taster was able to gather a party. If he knew his way in the kitchen, he could!
They are a nice and fast cracker filled with fiber and can be sweetened according to your taste. I've used dried thyme and garlic powder but can use something else ik maybe pepper and cheese? Yum .. As always, it is used for keeping wonderful coconut flour, low carb, gluten-free and full of fiber!

It keeps the mozzarella cracker moist, but you can try to cook them a little longer to get a crispy cracker. When they are dark brown, I see that they are ideally crisp. However, if they are stored in the refrigerator overnight, they harden. The only drawback is that they won't last long enough to store overnight.

I just made these. I used sharp cheddar and threw a pinch of dried basil, parsley and tomato. The dough didn't come out with dough, so I sliced ??it as thinly as possible, drilled holes in it and cooked it more like a flat bread. I took it out in 16 minutes and cut it into squares. Then I put it back into the oven and turned the oven on the broil and cooked it until I saw that they were visually crispy. Great output! Thank you very much for sharing this recipe!

The Best Healthy Fast Food Options
Fast-food stores are plentiful and fast food has the reputation of being unhealthy, while an increasing number of large chains are adding more nutritious options to their menus.
Sockets that allow more customization of orders tend to have lower calorie or more feeder selections. However, there are currently healthy options on the menu of the largest fast-food chains.
In this article, we'll look at the overall calorie, fat and saturated fat content to find some of the healthiest options that seven big fast-food chains have to offer.
Note, however, that calories and fat are only two aspects of how healthy a meal is fed. If a person eats only fast food, it is not possible to get the necessary nutrients such as vitamins and fiber.

A healthy vegetarian option, Veggie Delite in nine wheat bread. This "bottom" contains only 2 g calories, does not contain 2 g total fat and saturated fat. It also has one of the lowest sodium levels (salt) compared to other sandwiches.
Subway also offers salads that can be a low-calorie alternative to a sandwich. All salads include lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, onions, cucumbers, green peppers and olives.
