Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Dessert Pounding (Gingersnap Crusts!)
I spent a long weekend last Friday. There was a list of things I wanted to do ... things to do. Do things you keep a mental list of, see Things to Do..
I had a completely empty day, and I was going to pass each one. There was a mountain of clothes that moved home with me, but I was never impressed that I wanted to rank for Goodwill. I had the best intention of organizing the “office ıyla with shelves and tables that had begun to bear the weight of my 26,283 photography rehearsal, and of course I was going to clean the impassable staircase. it allowed me to take random clothes and shoes and even more pictures.
Instead, they happened.
And I don't regret it if I had eaten them sitting comfortably on a pile of unsorted clothes.
Zach actually helped me do these - he made shells (but he refused to try filling because he was afraid of lime or something), so maybe we could write with chalk to the quality that was well spent.
Instead of using a traditional graham cracker peel, I made a notch with a crust made of gingersnaps to get a bit of spicy bite. From now on I will stick to this shell rather than the traditional one, but if you don't like gingersnaps, I've included instructions for replacing graham crackers in the tariff.
Key Lime flavored desserts quickly climb to the list of my favorite flavors. I love the refreshing taste, subtle sweetness and crumbly crust. Naturally, I thought I would love her at a creamy cheesecake base and it worked out perfectly.
The homemade whipped cream adds an airy touch to the base lime base - take it seriously, skip the ingredients from the store and be your own, it's worth every second to beat the peaks.
With a refreshing tart, lightly spicy and lightly whipped air, these little treats are a perfect summer party snack (or a great alternative to cleaning your house).
I hope the weekend is more efficient than mine, but it's equally delicious.
