Keto Strawberry Shortcake Recipe
My favorite dessert is Strawberry Shortcake. My grandmother used to make a six-story strawberry cake out of this world. I'm starting to see fresh strawberries everywhere as the weather gets hot, which, of course, makes me start thinking about fruity keto / low carb foods.
I've done Lemon Berry Fluff and Mixed Berry Muffins, which have been great so far! The day I was craving for a Strawberry Shortcake didn't hit me anywhere, so I started trying the 90-second keto-friendly cake recipe version. Before I moved to THE ONE, my test kitchen received many different trials and errors for this Keto Strawberry Shortcake.
When you have a sweet craving, you'll be shocked to see how fast you can whisk this delicious 90-second delicious Keto Strawberry Shortcake using a microwave oven. With only a few ingredients, it is nice to be able to make an individual service without having to spend too much time in the kitchen.
Tip: I don't eat this cake without some kind of sauce, since I think that most of the keto-type cakes are usually dried out due to the keto-friendly flours we use in keto desserts. Don't worry, fresh strawberries and whipped cream come to the rescue and make this cake moist and delicious. Caution: It is important to make this cake very thin. I used a six-glass dish. The other muffins I made were not more moist.
I think that if you keep this Keto Strawberry Shortcake in the refrigerator for a while, I think it would be even better for the strawberry juice to be saturated into the cake before adding the whipped cream. Complete with Low Carb Strawberry Shortcake, homemade unsweetened whipped cream or unsweetened RediWhip (if you're compatible with ingredients).
