Barbecue Keto Chicken Stew Recipe

Years ago, we ordered a meal at Chili’s Restaurant, which includes chicken breasts drowned in barbecue sauce, bacon and cheese. Since we started watching a keto / low carb lifestyle, I thought it would make a great dinner. That's why we went to Chili for dinner last weekend while in town. I was thrilled to order this again, but I'm terrified, it's no longer on the menu. Looking back, the normal barbecue sauce is probably a good thing because the amount of carbohydrates is so high.

Instead, our waitress was happy to oblige and asked me to do something similar from the kitchen without me barbecue sauce. BBQ sauce would have been amazing, although it was delicious. Since then, I have worked on a new recipe for a low-carb barbecue sauce using the original recipe that my family pinched. This made a huge difference. With Bacon & Cheese, this BBQ Keto chicken stew came out particularly delicious and was very easy to make! My whole family loved him. Here you can find the recipe for homemade low carb barbecue sauce.

Our Keto BBQ roasted asparagus in the oven to go with the chicken stew and it was such a delicious meal. Sometimes it's hard to believe we can eat like this and still lose weight.

Keto BBQ Chicken Casserole

Two of my favorite words to describe the BBQ and casserole recipe. This BBQ Keto Chicken Stew Recipe will become a family favorite. Very tasty and easy to make, you will add this to your meal plan regularly!

Instructions

Cook the boneless skinless chicken for 6 hours in a low saucepan or a minimum of 3 hours. (I always add garlic pepper sauce and salt, then cover with chicken broth or water, but don't hesitate to season your favorite way or use chicken in a steakhouse.)

Heat the oven to 350 degrees and lubricate eight-eight baking cups. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and chop it into large pieces.

Place the chicken under the greased casserole dish and add the garlic sauce.

Everyone loved it very much because it was the 2nd time to make this stew. Make sure you use Kasey's BBQ Sauce because it makes this taste so good! The flavors of bacon, sauce and cheese are absolutey amazing!

Love this! Husband says all my recipes are good, but that's extraordinary! He's in the oven, twice a week. I'm adding more garlic powder, bacon, cheese ama .. but that's great!
