One of my absolute favorite low-carb eating is the cheesy breadsticks cauliflower. These brand super simple tastes delicious and really healthy. I muffins, pizza crusts and breadsticks and have made them all versions of cauliflower based shell worked really well. Hi Mark, thank you! Always use low-sugar tomato sauce. Fairly low-carbohydrate, but probably skip if you are not asking for extra carbohydrates. If you are looking Alfredo sauce or ranch dressing, I think it would be low carbs!
Of course! Happy to help. You find them in the frozen vegetable section. My grocery store actually has a few different brands. You can also use frozen cauliflower, and then use a food processor to chop it up and squeeze out excess water. Obviously, a little more time consuming, but it certainly works!
I can not get my groceries before riced cauliflower or sweet potato. I, however, have a food processor. cauliflower and (after using the processor), sweet potatoes about what amount would not need to make this recipe. Looks great!

Hi Wayne, thanks for your question! When they do, I had two separate bags, was forced to use a mixed bag. Following these instructions, right? Each 12-oz bag has about 4 cups. So as it is written, this recipe would be 2 cups 8 cups cauliflower cheese and sweet potatoes. Just took my cauliflower thaw out and I hope everything right before I'm too far gone haha
Vegetables are as dry as possible so Hi Emily Be sure to tighten all the water. If you remove all water will be surprised how little time they get! I find the best rate for 2 cups 2 cups vegetarian cheese. I also prefer to use cauliflower etc only to other mixtures, but this is a personal preference! I hope this helps.
