Combine all pudding ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix to combine.

I got ground chia seeds, not okay. I think I can use the ground version, but I assume I won't use the same amount (8 tablespoons). I imagine the recipe will work if I use the same number of grinded chia as 8 chia spoon chia. Does your whole chia seed label indicate how many grams of teaspoon or all chia seeds are in the tablespoon?
Just after reading the recipe it also feels very tasty and healthy.
