Keto Diet Snacks
(Just to let you know, at the end of the post there are even more bonus snack ideas, plus a bunch of Amazon grab & go keto snacks I found for you guys!)
Here is a little bonus snack idea that you normally might not think of as a snack. Bulletproof coffee is a great snack on the keto diet, especially combined with a handful of berries or something light. You are still getting calories from the fat in the coffee and the caffeine curbs your appetite.
Here is my bulletproof coffee recipe:
1 Tbsp Unsalted Grass Fed Butter, I really like the Kerrygold brand
1 Tbsp of MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
10-12 ounces of Coffee (or the typical coffee amount you use)
Directions: Add all your ingredients into your blender. Blend for 30 or 40 seconds. Your coffee should be nice and frothy. The time you blend the coffee may vary depending on your blender.
This is my all time fav travel mug for my bulletproof coffee…it keeps it hot for hours & comes in lots of colors!
Pigs in a blanket were one of my favorite childhood foods (come on just the name is great) and am glad I can still enjoy a more “adult’ version of this childhood favorite. Best of all the crust only has four ingredients.
This is one of my own recipes I wanted to share with you all. This is super easy to make, with only five ingredients, and it’s really delicious. The bacon really goes great with the cream cheese stuffing. This is my go to snack when I need something quick and easy.
Sometimes low carb wraps can get boring, these on the other hand pack some serious flavor. She has an optional dipping sauce you can make and if you don’t love chicken, you can make them with your favorite ground meat.
Finally a keto granola that actually tastes good and believe me I’ve tried some duds! This granola will save you on those days you are craving cereal and will be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth as well!
It has 100+ super easy keto recipes! They have a sides & munchie section that has some really yummy snacks! My favorite was the keto mozzarella stick recipe…YUM! You can check it out here for more info.
If you’re a fan of Kind bars like I am, you’re going love this copycat recipe without all the sugar. These only take ten minutes to make (including cooking time) and are a great go to snack on those busy days.
If you miss something to munch on and want to stick to your diet, these low carb crackers will hit the spot! She seasoned hers with rosemary, but you can add any seasoning to your liking.13.Tuna in Cucumber Cups (Via Tastes Lovely)
Making cups out of cucumbers to be able to scoop your tuna into is so clever! They also included is a homemade mayo recipe.
These amazing stuffed peppers are filled with breakfast essentials like scrambled eggs and bacon, but they also make a very filling snack. My fiance created this recipe and it was so good, I just had to share it with you guys!
If you’re eating this as a snack I recommend eating half the pepper. A whole pepper makes a great breakfast or lunch! YUM!
When I started keto, I thought I would have to give up so many of my favorite foods. The key to not feeling deprived on the ketogenic diet is making keto friendly versions of your favorite carb filled foods. These pretzels are great to snack on and will prevent you from breaking your diet.
Sometimes I just don’t have the time to make my full on bulletproof coffee, that’s when these Instant Keto Coffee Packs from Perfect Keto really come in handy.

Each packet contains high quality MCT oil powder, so you get a healthy dose of fat. It makes such a creamy and delicious snack in-between meals, just be sure not to have it too late in the day if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
I also love pairing it with a handful of berries or keto friendly nuts. YUM!
Veggies and dip are a great snack. So many dips aren’t keto friendly, that’s why I was so excited to find this one. This creamy onion dip is so delicious and very nutritious because the base is made out of cauliflowers.
Hi Darlene. You’re very welcome, let me know how they turn out. I just wrote this post you might want to check out as well: Keto Snacks On the Go. They’re snacks that require very little to no prep. Good luck on keto!!
Hi Nom Nom. We don’t want you getting sick:) So the best thing you can do is replace pork items with their non-pork counterparts. So for anything with bacon, try turkey bacon. It’s really good and I found I like to cook it a little longer and make it really crispy (it seems to taste more like regular bacon this way). Also for the pigs & a blanket hot dog snack, try turkey dogs, they’re very good as well. When something calls for ham lunch meat, just use turkey. Also, I don’t think there are any recipes in this post, but if something calls for ground pork, replace with ground beef, ground turkey, or chicken. Good luck:)
Oh my! I am having an hard time to choose my favourite here! these snack all look super delish. The sugar free granola bars and the BLT avocados though…probably would pick these two ?? but I d eat them all lol.
Hey Elka. Glad you enjoyed it. I know it’s hard finding keto recipes without cheese or dairy. Healthful Pursuit is a keto blog that has many dairy free recipes, so they all will not have cheese. Just go to her recipe page here and you can check “dairy free” as an option. Also, this post from I Breathe I’m Hungry has many dairy free recipe ideas as well. Hope it helps:)
