I miss the fried chicken lately. I knew I could do the keto fried chicken version. However, I always thought that making homemade fried chicken would take more energy and effort than I wanted to give. I'm so glad I pushed me tonight, because it turned out well and it was easier than I imagined. I felt like I was going to have a good dinner at my grandmother's house for southern dinner.

If you don't like coconuts, you'll probably want to use almond flour as there's a hint of coconut flavor. No one else in my family did notice the taste of coconuts, but I have very delicate taste buds, so maybe it was just me. I love coconuts, I don't care. Another great option is crushed pork shells.

After slaughtering the chicken, I broke three eggs and added 1/4 cup of whipped cream in a bowl and let my chicken soak for a few minutes.

Making spicy keto fried chicken wings makes a huge difference. I added garlic powder, red pepper and black pepper to coconut flour.

Make sure that all chickens are covered in egg and heavily whipped cream mixture. This makes coconut flour stick better.

Put the chicken in hot oil and after 3 minutes turn over and fry on the other side. Each party took about 4-5 minutes, but may vary depending on the size of your chicken. Do not turn your frypot into excess oil, it will reduce the temperature of the oil and the bread will not stick.
