Cauliflower has become an excellent alternative to a low-carb ketogenic diet. Using any recipe to change rice works really well. You can also handle cooked cauliflower and mashed potatoes, you will like, just better, low carb! It is the key when you feel you need a more satisfying meal using cauliflower rice.

I had to cut it years ago, cooked it and processed my cauliflower to simulate rice, but nowadays you can buy frozen and fresh cauliflower rice. Save time!

A kind of regional Korean food

Kimchi is a traditional side dish in Korean cuisine and has become more popular here in the US. It is made of salted and fermented vegetables, mostly used in cabbage. It contains many vitamins and minerals, but the biggest benefit is that it contains healthy bacteria called lactobacilli. The inclusion of fermented foods in your keto diet is beneficial for a healthy intestine and for digestive aids.

Some days I don't have time for lunch, but some days I want something very sincere to spend me the rest of the day. Generally, since I fasted my first meal of the day around noon and around 16 hours, I am usually ready for a big meal. This simple meal comes together in less than 30 minutes. It is great for an easy dinner when you don't feel like steak or burger, but one of them is delicious instead of eggs.

The toppings can really be what you want, but pepper, onion and sesame are the perfect combination of crispness and spice! If you don't have anyone, I recommend you try kimchi, but if you prefer, you can definitely make this recipe without kimchi. It will still be very tasty but the kimchi adds a great flavor! I found frozen cauliflower rice and my normal market at Walmart. I also found fresh cauliflower rice at Trader Joes and Whole Foods. If you use fresh cauliflower rice, you will want to pre-cook it in the microwave a few minutes to make it softer than progressing in the recipe. Frozen cauliflower rice is cooked before freezing.

Put the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the onion and garlic once in the bubble, sauté for about 3 minutes until it begins to soften.

Add kimchi, cauliflower rice and tamari. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower begins to become crisp. Taste the salt and add if necessary. Remove from fire and set aside.

Place the sesame oil in a small ceramic non-stick pan over medium heat. Break the eggs and cook until the whites are full, turn and continue cooking for about 30 seconds. The yolk must still be fluent.

Divide the cauliflower rice between two bowls and fill each with an egg and half of the tops.
