Keto Low Carb Taco Glasses

As a busy mother with four children, I am always looking for ways to incorporate our Keto / low carb lifestyle into recipes that my children will enjoy. I think it's easier to find creative ways to prepare a recipe that can be eaten differently instead of always looking for new recipes. One of my child's favorite dishes is tacos. While my husbands and I eat our taco meats on the lettuce bed, my kids pass by. I usually make extra food, so the kids and I can have lunch.

Even though my children wouldn't care if we had a taco night once a week, I was looking for a way to change it and the Low Carb Taco Cups came. I enjoyed tweaking my Keto Biscuit recipe to make a low-carb version of the Keto Low Carbohydrate Chicken Pot Paste, Keto Hot Dog Ball Recipe and Cheese Keto Bread Stick, and I thought it would be perfect for this recipe. Although my children were a bit skeptical at first, they enjoyed eating and enjoying a few low carb taco glasses. You know that a keto recipe is good when your kids get the approval stamp.

These easy Keto Low Carb Taco Cups are easy to make and easily combine with a few ingredients.

The batter will be thicker than all fibers in the coconut flour. This is normal. If you want to replace the almond flour; it does not replace 1: 1. Coconut flour need up to 4x almond flour.

Divide the Keto Taco Cup evenly between batter muffin tins.

When you cook them a little, they rise. Use the back of a spoon to push back before adding taco meat.

Generously sprinkle the cheese on top. I used cheddar, but you can use your favorite variety.

Tips for Making Keto Taco Cups

If you are preparing in advance, you may want to make large amounts of minced meat. Great for recipes like this. Cook only with salt, pepper, garlic and spices, cool and divide into 1-2 cups to freeze. Then when you're ready to prepare a recipe, melt it a little bit each time and throw it together. This saves tons of time in the cooking process.

In fact, I can use recipes for cooking and cooking as well as being keto recipes just because I'm home, because it wants to get into this lifestyle. My question is how much taco meat should be cooked to fill 14 taco glasses in this recipe. I'm sorry if that's a basic question but I think it really highlights my skills in the kitchen. Thanks Ray

I made the glasses for my children to use the taco meat my husband made on Sunday. They were beautiful! I was hoping to leave for lunch boxes tomorrow, but I ate 2 when I was 2, and the 5 and 8-year-olds ate four. The big 2 place was more than I would have done more. Definitely a keeper!

Some notes about the baking process: - I skipped step 7, so I cooked the cups and meats in 12 cups of silicone cake tray for 30 minutes. - After 25 minutes I filled it with mozzarella and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes. - When the cooking time is complete, I was removed from the oven and left to cool for about 5 minutes. - To release the pies, I ran a knife around the edges to lose any sticky bits, then pressed it under the ceiling and used a knife to remove the pies.

Microwave cooking and nutrition

Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable. However, despite the widespread use of microwave ovens and excellent safety recordings, some people suspect that cooking microwaved food makes it somewhat less healthy by removing foods from eating. Do you cook with microwave? Are microwave foods healthy?

How does microwave cooking work?

Understanding how microwave ovens work can help clarify the answers to these general questions. Microwave ovens cook food similar to radio waves but using shorter energy waves. These waves are highly selective, mainly affecting water and other electrically asymmetrical molecules - one end is positively charged and the other is negatively charged. Microwave ovens cause these molecules to vibrate and rapidly generate thermal (heat) energy.

Are microwaves safe to cook?

Some foods, when they are exposed to heat, from a microwave oven or a normal oven, are broken down. Vitamin C is perhaps the most clear example. However, since microwave cooking times are shorter, cooking with microwave does a better job of preserving vitamin C and other nutrients that are decomposed when heated.

When going to the vegetables, cooking in water takes some of the nutritional values ??because the nutrients flow into the cooking water. For example, boiled broccoli loses glycosinolate, a sulfur-containing compound that can give vegetables the ability to fight against cancer (and many find it distinctive and some find it disgusting). Steaming vegetables - even steaming microwave - is it better? In some ways, yes. For example, steamed broccoli holds more glucosinolate than boiled or fried broccoli.

Are microwaves bad for your health?

The method of cooking, which keeps the nutrients in the best way, is a method that quickly heats, warms food and uses as little liquid as possible. The microwave meets these criteria. Using the microwave with a small amount of water evaporates food from the inside out. It contains more vitamins and minerals than almost all other cooking methods and shows that microwave foods can be really healthy.

But let's not get lost in details. Vegetables are good for you in any way you prepare, and most of us don't eat enough. Is the microwave oven good or bad? Microwave is an engineering wonder, a miracle of convenience - and sometimes advantageous in feeding.
