Pumpkin Everything is the pumpkin season, but instead of sharing another pumpkin recipe, I decided it was time to highlight another great player in the fall season, and this is Pecans!

The walnut pie is one of my favorite Thanksgiving pies, so I added that we filled out one of my favorite treats, I thought my confectionery cakes would be a match in heaven, and I was right! I hope you think so too!

It takes a little more work than just making cakes, but I'm gonna tell you it's worth it. While baking the cake, make easy walnut pie filling in a bowl, and after the cakes are finished in the oven, fill them with walnut slap and cook a little more. Nothing special about the crazy cakes I love!

Even if you are not a fan of many walnuts, you can easily replace walnuts with walnuts or any other nut you want. But I couldn't let this autumn season pass without showing my love for walnuts and cakes.

Row a 8.5 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter and cook for 20 minutes. While cooking, bring the walnut pie up.

Walnut Pie Topping

Melt the butter over low heat for 1-2 minutes until it melts in a saucepan on a stove or in a microwave oven. Add swerve brown sugar, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla and salt. After combining, mix the chopped walnuts until they are well covered.

After the cake has left the oven, pour these cakes evenly over the cakes and cook for another 20-30 minutes or cook until the top of the center is almost completely frozen.

Hello and thanks for the recipe… they look great and can't wait to try them! What does protein powder do for recipe? I was wondering if I could leave it out or I could take it with something else I might have. You can't buy some protein powder and don't use it enough to deposit it in a giant tub. Thanks!

I didn't test it, but I'm guessing you can replace it with floor linen. It really provides little help with tissue and removal. I use it for the same thing in the Cloud bread recipe, for a bit more substance and texture.
