According to Healthline.com, a ketogenic diet (often called keto) is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with Atkins and the low-carb diet. It involves greatly reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing with oil. A reduction in carbohydrates puts your body in a metabolic state called ketosis.
A Keto diet can be very tasty, you are not really limited to taste, but you are limited in some foods. In short, you should eat REAL food such as meat, eggs, nuts, yogurt, vegetables and sometimes some fruits. Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable.
