I love the breakfast casseroles that I'll make at the beginning of the week for a few days. The already prepared breakfast makes it much easier in the mornings, plus the cleanliness is a bit complicated, which is always a plus. All I have to do is serve in the microwave and make breakfast for my children. I believe there was a typo in the amount of heavy cream, I only used 3/4 cups. It also seems that the cooking time needs to be slightly longer. I had to do this 10 minutes longer than the recipe (oven temperature is correct). I like a few of the recipes, they are delicious!
