Crispy chicken tenders Ketone instructions:

Set in the middle of the heat and allow to warm up to prepare the chicken on offer.

In a small bowl, mix all the spices together with almond flour 1/2 cup.

The second bowl, add eggs Cracker heavy whipping cream and then whisk for 30 seconds.

Almond flour, then the egg mixture dredge the chicken mixture, then repeat with almond flour.

I almond flour at a time (more so than all-purpose flour) and then wet to do this in 3 groups as it gets clumpy.

When the oil is hot, add the chicken and 3 pieces at a time until golden brown flipped half of the cooking time, leave to cook for 4-5 minutes each.

Remove the remaining chicken to a paper towel lined plate or tray and the chicken back again.
