I especially miss Italian dishes like Italian style Chicken Parmesan. Since I spend my days chasing young children, studying at home and running a business, I prefer easy keto recipes for dinner. Many days I throw chicken breasts in the stew in the morning, with a little chicken broth I wouldn't know what to do later that day.

I easily made this delicious Italian casserole in low carb marinara sauce for a keto-friendly meal.
