I love the chicken pie. One of my favorite comfort foods. Obviously, Keto Chicken Pot Pie Recipe is one of my most popular recipes because others feel the same way. As the air cooled, I thought I'd change my recipe a little bit and turn it into this chicken pie soup.
It was very tasty and relaxing. I only used 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables, so if I could look and taste like Chicken Pot Pie, if you wanted to make it a little more keto friendly, you could use other vegetables with lower carbohydrates like zucchini. green beans and broccoli.
I thought that 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables would not be a big problem for me, each one for them. It was exactly what I needed to make the perfect contribution to colds and cold winter days. For your convenience, I have included cooking instructions for both the Crock-Pot and the Instant Pot.
Keto Chicken Pot Pie Soup
I have prepared a bunch of Keto biscuits to serve alongside which is a fabulous combination. You can make a standard recipe or Cheddar Garlic Keto Biscuits. It does not need to be served with biscuits. This is a very tasty meal, does not require anything extra.
For Casserole Cookware:
Cook 1 to 1 lbs of chicken and spices in the Crock-Pot in 3 glasses of chicken broth for 3 hours or 6 hours high.
Chop the chicken with two forks and leave in the Casserole.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter sauteed onions, mixed vegetables, garlic cloves, salt and pepper, about 5 minutes or until the chopped onions in butter in a pan on the stove become semi-transparent.
Add the cream, the rest of the chicken broth and the cream cheese to the Crock-Pot. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at high heat.
Remove the lid and turn the Crock-Pot to warm. Then, sprinkle Xanthan Gum on top and allow the soup to thicken for 15-20 minutes.

I have nutritional information when transferring the recipe to MyFitnessPal, but I'm not sure if I'm saving or not. I don't personally count macros, so sometimes I forget to record the information. It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.
BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.
