I can't even tell you how delicious this cheese Low Carb Chicken Casserole is. Yesterday afternoon, I made a suggestion from Abbie's Keto / Low Carb Challenge Facebook group (join here if you haven't already). He had the perfect idea to add chicken, broccoli and mushrooms in a casserole dish (because I never left the mushrooms outside and we don't like it anyway), then put on top of N Cheese to pour cheese sauce from my Ca and cook it. He published a photo of his stew, and I knew it was a recipe that many people would enjoy.

I went into the kitchen and started experimenting with this super easy recipe and changed the original recipe for cheese sauce a little. Holy cow! When the cheese sauce is cooked into chicken and broccoli, it has a very good taste !!!

I cooked my chicken in my slow cooker because it's always so delicious and tasty, but you can also use a rotisserie chicken to save time. In the morning I add the boneless skinless chicken breast to the slow pot and cover it with a little broth, salt and pepper. Then cooked for 3 hours high for 3 hours high. After I do, I use two forks to chop the chicken. Then I started placing the low-carb chicken stew on a baking sheet.

Quick Tip: Fresh broccoli or broccoli works great in steam bags.

Cook fresh broccoli or keep the broccoli steam bag in the microwave and drain.

Add butter, cream, garlic and 1/2 of Italian spices to a saucepan. Add the softened cream cheese and mix with a whisk until well combined and cook over low medium heat until the sauce is smooth.

1/4 cup of cheddar cheese 1/8 cup of other cheeses, stirring, add the cheese, stirring constantly.

Lubricate the 9 X 13 casserole dish and lay the chopped chicken first.

Add the steamed broccoli over the chicken.

Take the pot from the stove with cheese sauce and pour over the broccoli and make sure the chicken is completely covered.

Sprinkle over the saucepan with the separated cheese, parsley, red pepper and remaining Italian spices.

Okay, that's a great recipe. I didn't have time to use the Slow Cooker, so I boiled it. Grate it to cool. Then a little spicy & cooked with avocado oil like 3 minutes more. I Made Two Layers In A Casserole. Soooo Good. Thanks.

Really delicious! Your wife is actually full! There was a problem with trying to stay low carb. This is my first “meal”. Will do it again! The only question is how many servings it should have, so I know how much for the number of cabins given :)
