After 18 years my family moved from Einstein Bros Bagels My first job was a home baker. At this point in time we are still a whopping 6-11 servings of breads and cereals a day should consist of a healthy diet ... states were using the old food pyramid. So naturally, my brain "healthy bagel!" Said
I worked there a year gained 40 pounds. It was horrible, but really how to eat healthy as a teenager I had no idea. I had one of the items used to make the bagel dogs and delicious! Basically, a kosher bagel dough wrapped around a dog and seeds, rolled around cheese and spices.
