Mouthwatering Strawberry Low Buckwheat Bread
This moist and delicious Strawberry Low Carb Bread with homemade iced can be served for breakfast or as a sweet treat.
Strawberry Low Carb Bread Recipe
I've loved strawberries since I was a barefoot little girl in my grandmother's garden, so I carefully picked the best strawberries for her grandmother's homemade six-storey strawberry cake. This cake was the star of the show at every family gathering and something I never forget even when my grandmother passed away in high school. Since I started saying goodbye to candy and started with a low-carb lifestyle, I thought I'd make a Strawberry Low Carbohydrate Bread Recipe with a delicious homemade icing that nurtures my love of cooking at a young age.
Even if you're not a baker, this Strawberry Keto Bread recipe comes together very quickly in a few steps. In addition to the keto special ingredients listed below, you don't need anything special to make this bread. It's also a great way to use strawberries before they go bad.
Keto Special Ingredients used in this recipe:
Here is a list of Keto Special Ingredients that I use to make this delicious mouth-watering keto quick bread recipe.
Due to the fiber content of coconut flour, the batter will be very thick, but will be cooked beautifully and moist. That's why you use more eggs and butter or butter in your keto bread recipes. If there is no additional moisture from the eggs and oil, the bread becomes very hard and dry.
How to Make Icing for Strawberry Low Carbohydrate Bread
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the icing becomes light pink. If the icing is too thick, you may need to add a little heavier whipped cream. After moistening the strawberries, wait until you have added the strawberries before assessing the need for more whipped cream. If it looks too thick then, add a little heavier whipped cream. Keep in mind that the temperature of the bread will also facilitate the spread of icing.
Doesn't it look great? This Strawberry Low Carb Bread came out as I expected. Although it took a few attempts to get it just right, it was worth the wait.
How to Store Keto Breads
I keep all my keto bread recipes in the fridge for up to a week to prevent them from drying out, wrapped up in a refrigerator. Strawberry Keto Bread can be frozen in a freezer safe container for 6 months.

Hello, my daughter loves to cook and is about to make this recipe for me. However, we want to know if we can use powdered stevia because there is no Monk fruit. So, how much do we use? Please let us know as soon as we can. Thank you in advance for your response.
Absolutely delicious !! I did it yesterday for breakfast. I kept it in the fridge as you requested. Heat the slices in the microwave and add a piece of butter. Very very good!! I'm waiting to try more of your recipes. Your next sausage is going to try puffs!
I did this yesterday, but I pressed 1 glass of blueberries for strawberries. Ah-maxing! I had news on Swerve and it pressed nicely for this monkfruit and there was a strange cooling sensation that some of the sugar alternatives had.
Omg you really surpassed yourself with this recipe !! I was obsessed with strawberries and this didn't disappoint! Even my non-keto friend likes it. We don't take care to freeze personally, so I'll keep it straight next time. Definitely something I will do on a regular basis! Thank you very much for sharing your delicious recipes !!
This recipe is delicious! I'm looking forward to something sweet, I had strawberries to use and I came across this recipe… I'm so glad! I've been trying a lot of keto / low carb recipes recently and this is now my favorite! Definitely recommend!
Microwave cooking and nutrition
Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable. However, despite the widespread use of microwave ovens and excellent safety recordings, some people suspect that cooking microwaved food makes it somewhat less healthy by removing foods from eating. Do you cook with microwave? Are microwave foods healthy?
How does microwave cooking work?
Understanding how microwave ovens work can help clarify the answers to these general questions. Microwave ovens cook food similar to radio waves but using shorter energy waves. These waves are highly selective, mainly affecting water and other electrically asymmetrical molecules - one end is positively charged and the other is negatively charged. Microwave ovens cause these molecules to vibrate and rapidly generate thermal (heat) energy.
Are microwaves safe to cook?
Some foods, when they are exposed to heat, from a microwave oven or a normal oven, are broken down. Vitamin C is perhaps the most clear example. However, since microwave cooking times are shorter, cooking with microwave does a better job of preserving vitamin C and other nutrients that are decomposed when heated.
When going to the vegetables, cooking in water takes some of the nutritional values ??because the nutrients flow into the cooking water. For example, boiled broccoli loses glycosinolate, a sulfur-containing compound that can give vegetables the ability to fight against cancer (and many find it distinctive and some find it disgusting). Steaming vegetables - even steaming microwave - is it better? In some ways, yes. For example, steamed broccoli holds more glucosinolate than boiled or fried broccoli.
Are microwaves bad for your health?
The method of cooking, which keeps the nutrients in the best way, is a method that quickly heats, warms food and uses as little liquid as possible. The microwave meets these criteria. Using the microwave with a small amount of water evaporates food from the inside out. It contains more vitamins and minerals than almost all other cooking methods and shows that microwave foods can be really healthy.
But let's not get lost in details. Vegetables are good for you in any way you prepare, and most of us don't eat enough. Is the microwave oven good or bad? Microwave is an engineering wonder, a miracle of convenience - and sometimes advantageous in feeding.
