The first thing you need to do some of the excess water from tofu is to soak in. It will be too wet to work if you do not do it. Simply wrap the block layer on paper towels and set on a paper plate. Then set out the water but not too much or not enough to help crush press just so another plate on top and weight it down with something.

step 1

they are thinner, easier to fry them up and they'll be crispier "French fries" cut into thin strips, then fine "pages" into tofu and precise!

step 2

Crunch pork rinds into "dust". While they were in a plastic bag by using a blender or food processor, using my hands ... We do this several ways. I just want to look like more bread crumbs. If add salt or other spices for pork rind crumbs and if you want or you can just mix salt tofu strips now. Then gently rolled to coat the grain roll into ribbons tofu.

step 3

medium / fry against high temperature high temps (vegetable oil, safflower oil, peanut oil or palm oil) may be heated oil, using heat and then carefully, leave potatoes. If you want to cover the bottom of the oil pan, but not so much swimming in potatoes. Turn them on all sides until browned and crispy to your liking! Mine did a super crispy! If they do not leave them as long as French fries, soft crispy on the outside but inside if you want.

** If you like to cook this may also instead. LIKE I get that crispy roast them as if I have not tried this way but I do not know that you could try. I'd probably cook at 400 degrees. ** If you go to me ... I know how they turn out the way I want to know

step 4

When you roast is finished, transfer to a paper towel to drain. While they will continue to cool off a bit crunchy.

I even wanted to take the first pictures haha ??so hard so quickly eaten!
