Poached Egg: How to poach an egg perfectly
Boiled eggs are a nice thing. The whites are solid enough to contain an ozone, golden yellow in a round egg package on the outside. With a few tips you can learn how to boil one egg at a time!
Boiled eggs are one of the products I frequently order in restaurants, but they don't make them very often at home. Why? I think it's hard to get this perfect, spherical shape without many crazy white fairies.
However, scavenger hunting is one of the best cooking methods for creating healthy eggs. So today I'll share a few tips with you to make perfect boiled eggs. I have tested every method under the sun (vinegar, salt, rotating vortex, etc.) and I will share with you the true and correct method that works with you.

Therefore, insert the egg into a fine sieve / strainer and leave only the harder white surrounding the yolk after the thinner white liquid has been removed.
Deep Water Pot: After trying both the normal water pot (4 inches deep) and a saute pan filled with water (2 inches deep), I will say that the deeper pot creates a more classical spherical or tear shape. This is because when the egg falls into the water, the yolk sinks first and remains white. You can still make boiled eggs in a more shallow bowl, but the shape will be flat - similar to a fried egg.
Ruling: Use a container containing at least 4 inches of water.
Ramekin: Most of them say that they first crack the egg in a ramek and then pour the egg into the water. And I agree. Using a ramekin ensures that your egg 1) breaks properly with an unbroken egg yolk, 2) there is no shell in the egg, and 3) you can spill the egg more easily with just one quick movement. Now, combine this method with a fine screen and you'll get a winning combination.
Fresh Eggs are the Best
Now that you have 6 tips for making the best boiled eggs, there's a tip that can't be ignored. And it uses the freshest eggs possible. This is the most important factor in determining the success of your boiled eggs. Fresh eggs have harder whites, less liquid whites, and only keep their spherical shape better.
Ideally, this means that you get fresh eggs in the morning that you hunt eggs. But let's be honest, most of us don't go to the market just to have breakfast. Therefore, if you use the tips above, you still have the best chance to make perfectly boiled eggs.

For a hard white and runny yolk you want to boil the eggs for 3-4 minutes. I prefer a 3 minute boiled egg. And remember that if you plan to pour some eggs ahead of time and then reheat them, reheating can make the eggs a little harder.

I have read many methods and did a few tests, but nothing did so perfectly boiled eggs. I've never heard of draining the eggs, and I think I've always used salt. Now I know, TAH-DAH! 6 trials, 6 beautiful boiled eggs. Extinguishing and reheating at the same time escape from the house. Thanks again.
When I usually get warm noodles (I just didn't judge), I found that my eggs and turkey eggs boiled better than chicken eggs, because whites and yolks are usually thicker. They also have much more taste. I know that not everyone has access to turkey eggs, but if you have the opportunity, I recommend them for boiled eggs.
I didn't have much luck with this method. I tried twice, but to no avail. It ended with what looked like a hard boiled egg with the egg whites being made first and the egg white put on the cliff for the second time. Soon I will take another shot çekim. Fingers crossed.
