My family likes roast. A very tasty filling comfort dinner. My favorite is slow-cooking recipes that I can start in the morning and forget about the rest of the day because I stayed at home with my 4 children. I've seen similar recipes and various adaptations in this pot online, but I wanted to try and find the most delicious version that is keto friendly. The decision is in! My family loved this Keto Pot roast so much that we have a lot of fun.

It's easy to do, just pour all the ingredients into the pot and open it. Bake low for 8-9 hours or high for 4-5 hours. I would fry the fry in a cast iron pan first, but due to time constraints, I jumped once and didn't notice anything. Each piece of frying was still delicious and soft, so I do not disturb him now.

This will depend on how the meat you use is cut and divided into portions. It's really impossible to calculate macros because most of the butter melts into juice. You must calculate your own in this recipe.

I make breakfast faster because it's easier with 4 kids. I'il eat when I have a few minutes to get something for lunch. I'm not tough and I don't watch a timeline for food. I usually only have breakfast on Saturday mornings.

This was delicious! I did exactly as described. I might have added a few extra peppers. I especially liked this type of roast because they have different flavors than a typical roast and a little kick.

I was worried because I looked at the DSG mix in the stall (dry) and there were 15 servings (1/4 teaspoons) per packet for service. Then 16 servings were made and each serving was 1 g of carbohydrate - I think it makes 16 g in the whole package. The second component was also malt dextrin. I hope I can't win Throw me off the ketose. Still a great recipe. I'm cooking now. .

Burger King is one of the largest burger chains in the United States, but has a limited number of healthy options. But some choices are a little healthier than others.

It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.

BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.

6. Wendy
