The BEST guacamole recipe is fresh and simple to make and use quality ingredients. It does not contain authentic guacamole, fillers and unnecessary ingredients. All you need is avocado, onions, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Easy and delicious!

I'm not one to overdo, but this is really the best guacamole recipe. As for the guacamole to the crowd, the key is not to be too fancy or to try to be unique. The guacamole is intended to be easy and delicious. Simple. A product that blends a few quality ingredients with flavors that flourish together.

After countless trips to Mexico and growing up in Southern California, I can confirm that this guacamole is the real deal. Fresh, friendly and authentic! Like you went to Mexico.

Choose Ripe Avocados for the Best Guacamole

The best guacamol starts with the freshest ingredients. Look for mature but solid avocados. You certainly don't want soft and emotional avocados.

So how do you choose good, mature avocados? First, take the avocados still attached to the stalk. If the root is removed from the store, it is more likely to have brown spots on the inside. Then gently press one end. It should be hard, but it should give lightly.

How to make guacamole?

Divide the three mature avocados in half, remove the pit and shells and place them in a mixing bowl. Then use a fork to lightly crush the chunky or smooth level to the desired level. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lemon juice and salt and mix everything.

This much. The most delicious, easy guacamole.

How to Hide Guacamole (and Keep it Green!)

The guacamole oxidizes and turns brown and quickly turns brown. Lime juice helps to slow down this process, but it is inevitable that guacamol will eventually brown.

Now, I've tried every kitchen hack that can be thought of to keep Guacamole green (I eat a lot of guacamole). Well, what doesn't work? Well, let's start by leaving the pit in the guacamole. It does nothing to prevent blushing, and there is no scientific justification for it. Think of an old wife tale.

Then most of them say let's add lemon juice. That helps a bit, but I don't like my favorite guacamol changing its flavor profile.

The most common guacamole protection pouch is to place the guacamole plastic wrap directly to prevent oxidation. And it can work for a day or two. But I'm trying to reduce my plastic consumption and I don't like this method.

I stumbled upon this cut when I sought to keep my Guacamole green - and very clever.

Here's how to keep the guacamole green:

Now place your guacamole in a storage container and press down firmly with a spoon;

Add about 1/2 inch of water (I used cold water).

Place the lid on the storage container and store in the refrigerator. This much!

When you want to enjoy guacamol, pour the water from above, stir and you should go.

I tested this method for three full days and it worked like a charm. It remains perfectly fresh and delicious. Although I confess until the third day, it's starting to water a little more. But who will last so long that you have guacamole?

We did this 4th of July to go to the BBQ with veggies! Everyone loved him. In the future, I can not add garlic because garlic does not like the taste of garlic, but otherwise this recipe is bomb due to various ingredients. As you mentioned, it's perfect with a lime squeezed.

This recipe is delightful. I did it for the first time today and it's almost over. I put the remaining guacamol in the refrigerator and put a small amount of cold water on it to help protect it as recommended. I have a picky husband and he was even excited. I'm already planning a party to bring together an approaching family. Double acclaim!

Tiffany, I have to say it's the most creative use of a microphone! Couldn't you find the garlic press or the garlic grater? And how do you clean the garlic sound without ruining it outside the microphone?

How much avocado volume does this recipe have? Avocados are variable in size and some are quite large, some of which are quite small. I usually take mine at Costco, which tends to be large. Thanks.

Hi Kathleen - You can see the avocado size I used in this recipe in the video above. If you find that your avocados are extra large, you can always use 2 1/2 avocados and save the other half for a salad or smoothie recipe. :)

I think fresh avocado, fresh coriander, spring onion, the hottest pepper you can imagine, the seedless lemons we have selected from our trees, and of course the last 10 percent is sweet sweet tomatoes.

I've never heard of purple onions, you mean red onions? They are purple in color. I know that red onion will work very well with this guacamole, I haven't tried Vidalia onion, but I can't imagine it will change its taste too much. :)

This guacamole looks perfect! And it will definitely cut your kitchen, to keep the guac green and fresh in the fridge. I love Guacamole, but I've tried many of the enmiş tried and true ”methods suggested by others, and it still ends in brown the following day :( I can't wait to try your method!

Two people adored this guacamole so hard to please please. They all went in one sitting! Probably will leave some jalapeno seeds inside tomorrow to make it more spicy when I want it again (5 days after making it for the first time) again!

I'm sorry to hear that, John. You really have to put the guacamol in the storage container and it works best when it is freshly prepared (if not sitting). This number will only last a few days.

A healthy vegetarian option, Veggie Delite in nine wheat bread. This "bottom" contains only 2 g calories, does not contain 2 g total fat and saturated fat. It also has one of the lowest sodium levels (salt) compared to other sandwiches.

Subway also offers salads that can be a low-calorie alternative to a sandwich. All salads include lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, onions, cucumbers, green peppers and olives.

2. Taco Bell

Taco Bell is another great fast-food chain with a variety of healthy options. The ability to personalize each order allows people to choose more vegetable-like nutrients.

According to Taco Bell's website, three-quarters of its menus are under 500 calories. Some of the lowest calorie options are the Fresco menu, which uses regular sauce and cheese instead of vegetable based salsa.

One of the healthiest options is Chicken Soft Taco. Each taco contains about 170 calories, 8 g fat, containing only 3 g of saturated fat.

Bean Burrito is a vegetarian option containing 11 g fat, 380 calories, including 4 g of saturated fat.

Chipotle is a Mexican-style chain that specializes in tacos and burritos. Similar to Subway and Taco Bell, Chipotle allows people to customize their meals to include healthy choices.

Healthy options are burritos or white rice instead of white rice. In a chicken bowl bowl containing fresh tomato salsa and brown rice, there are 415 calories, 13 g fat and 4 g saturated fat.

For a lower calorie, vegetarian option, people can choose a plate of bean curd, brown rice and a sofritas patty with lettuce. It contains 365 calories, 10 g fat and 1.5 g saturated fat. Adding sauce will increase the number of calories.

4. McDonald's

McDonald's had the reputation of being unhealthy, but they recently reaffirmed themselves to offer a variety of fresh and nutritious ingredients. Some of these changes may be cosmetics, while McDonald's has better options.

Fillet-O-Fish contains 390 calories and 4 g of saturated fat from 19 g of total fat. Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad contains only 320 calories and 6 g of saturated fat from a total of 14 g.

5. Burger King

Burger King is one of the largest burger chains in the United States, but has a limited number of healthy options. But some choices are a little healthier than others.

It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.

BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.

6. Wendy

Wendy is another common fast-food chain that allows people to personalize their orders to make their choices healthier.

The menu of the chain is not abundant in healthy options, but some meals are able to customize to lower the calorie content.

Salads are also available, and if a person chooses some of the half-size salad choices, they can stay below 500 calories.
