This recipe was very nice! My only change was to use SMOKED red pepper, and after shredding, extra S&P was added to taste. I kept a glass of oil to keep the meat beautifully moist and add flavor. BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.
