Wow, that was yummy !! (Mostly due to its simplicity) this recipe to my eyes, so I usually do not have much luck with mashed cauliflower. Made from meat and bread to go with the ketone and was a huge hit! Thanks to the spectacular side-dish go!

I sauteed cauliflower riced frozen and used as specified later microwaved. It was sooo good. Definitely a cross between cheesy grits or mac n cheese. sprinkled with crumbled bacon on it! Yum. A smoky cheese will also be an incredible contribution.
