It took forever because I have always avoided making homemade pancakes with a large family. However, my children love waffles, and after watching the Keto documentary The Magic Pill, I decided to be more intent on feeding my children with less processed food.

Don't get me wrong, we've made major health changes over the last few years, but every week my kids still have pancake and cereal boxes in their shopping boxes. I'm not saying that I will never buy them again, but I will try to have a big party at least once or twice a month from these Very Good Keto Wafers. Recently, I bought a wonderful double Belgium waffle maker that makes it easy to make too much waffles at once.

Tips for Making Keto Waffles

The waffle maker I have has two trays to add batter to the plate, then turn the handle and have a second waffle plate. Making two at the same time speeds up the process.

In my opinion, if I'm going to make waffles, I get one ton at a time; however, if you want to deal with less money, cut these recipes by 2/3 and triple them to get the following amounts. It's not hard to do. I poured all the ingredients in my mixer until they were well combined, then poured 1/3 cup batter on the waffle maker at a time.

As you can see, these waffles came out nice and fluffy. While testing my recipe, I prepared 3 different parties this week. All four of my kids loved them very much. My son, my harshest keto critic, said it was his favorite keto recipe to date.

I'm not sure I didn't try it personally. Coconut flour tends to absorb all the extra moisture in the batter, and the longer it sits, the worse it gets. You can try, but I think you should add water before you do. I'm so glad you like this recipe.

I have a deep waffle maker in Belgium. So will 1/3 cup batter fruit juice be portion size for nutritional information? I'm sure 1/3 cup wouldn't be in place. I just want to calculate the carbohydrate correctly.

McDonald's had the reputation of being unhealthy, but they recently reaffirmed themselves to offer a variety of fresh and nutritious ingredients. Some of these changes may be cosmetics, while McDonald's has better options.

Fillet-O-Fish contains 390 calories and 4 g of saturated fat from 19 g of total fat. Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad contains only 320 calories and 6 g of saturated fat from a total of 14 g.

5. Burger King

Burger King is one of the largest burger chains in the United States, but has a limited number of healthy options. But some choices are a little healthier than others.

It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.

BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.

6. Wendy

Wendy is another common fast-food chain that allows people to personalize their orders to make their choices healthier.

The menu of the chain is not abundant in healthy options, but some meals are able to customize to lower the calorie content.
