Okay, if there's a way to enjoy a more healthy, quick and easy pizza recipe, this is the 10 minute Portobello Pizza!

More than 90% of the world's population has a good, cheese-filled and mouth-watering pizza. The use of Portobello mushroom covers is one of my favorite ways of kicking a craving › ALL tastes without having a heart. And I didn't feel like ripping my house with cauliflower, squeezing hell and creating a crust just to get what I wanted. Portobello covers are easy to use, fast, no hassle, no work, no odor of cauliflower and means a mushroom base with meat that is overwhelmed by garlic and Italian spices.

I also wanted pepperonis for pizza delicacies. BUT! I wanted MINI pepperonis - and sometimes I can't find what I want. So I'm doing what I do, using what I have and creating what I want. In that case, I used an apple paste like this to create the smallest pepperoni I've ever seen!

To make your Portobello pizza experience even better, I recommend you to use a pizza sauce to taste. Good, GARLIC, because I use Garlic and Herb flavored sauce. However, you can use simple or other flavored sauces.

Then a mozzarella cheese, gras or cherry tomatoes (to resume the miniature theme) and CHEESE condition. Thi is the easiest pizza recipe you can make, it's healthier than most pizzas and you can change YOUR OWN pizza! Instructions

Bring preheating oven to high frying / grilling settings. Place the oven rack in the middle of your oven.

4 teaspoons of oil, garlic and spices are put together in a small bowl. Scrub each mushroom with a garlic oil mixture and place each mushroom in a lightly greased baking tray / tray with the oil side facing down.

Fill each mushroom with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce per cap, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, 6 peppered miniatures and tomato slices. Grate / grate until the cheese is melted and the color is gold (about 8 minutes).

To serve, sprinkle the remaining Italian spices (or mixed herbs) and add salt and pepper to taste.

* I know that using dry cheese like crushed mozzarella cheese gives the best result. The use of fresh mozzarella cheese may cause some fungi to release liquid during the grill / grill process. ** For miniature pepperonis, I got normal-sized pepperonis and cut with an apple core like this, to obtain miniature lengths. (I've used 8 slices.) But you can use everything you can find! If they stay in the oven for too long, they leave a lot of liquid! They were great! I used sauteed peppers, onions and some turkey sauces for sauces and it was delicious. To make sure the lids are made, fry for 5 minutes and cook another 3 times. Perfecto!

BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.

6. Wendy
