Looking for paleo breakfast ideas? Whether you've been doing paleo for some time, or just switched to a real lifestyle, it's always good to keep things interesting about new recipes and food ideas!

I don't know about you - but breakfast is one of my favorite dishes of the day and I always want to get inspired by breakfast. Today, we have brought together three simple paleo breakfast ideas that will inspire you to try something different!

One common theme among our Paleo breakfast ideas is that they are often low in fat and protein and low in carbohydrates. Keeping our carbohydrate intake low in the morning prevents hunger and snacks in the middle of the morning. A good metaphor for understanding the difference between carbohydrate and fat metabolism:

Filling fuel with carbohydrates is like burning something - it burns quickly and needs to be replaced. Burning fuel with oil is like adding logs to the fire - long and slow.

Therefore, by replacing a high carbohydrate breakfast (such as corn flakes) with something higher, you can see that your energy levels become more stable throughout the morning. If you're stranded for the idea, we've provided three!

# 1 Coconut Paleo Granola with Yoghurt

If you are trying to move away from the grain, this is the way to go to the paleo granola!

Unlike traditional oat-based granolas (usually filled with carbohydrate and refined sugar added), the paleo granola is made using nuts and coconut, a low-carbohydrate, high-fat breakfast is made (ie slow-burning, longer-lasting energy). If you can't do it yourself, there are many options available in your health food stores - be sure to check out the ingredients for extra sugar and * minimum * honey!

Next step: Visualize your granolone by adding a few tablespoons of coconut yogurt (an excellent milk alternative) and adding frozen fruits for antioxidant support!

2. Classic Paleo Hot Breakfast

An oldie but a goodie - and pretty much what breakfast looks like every day!

The idea of ??a long breakfast is reserved for lazy weekends, but there is no reason for not enjoying bacon and eggs whenever you want. Nutritional wise, this breakfast is loaded with healthy fats and protein and beats a special bowl K any day of the week.

This breakfast is very easy to prepare: all you need is 2 eggs, 2 bacon bacon (or chipolatas!), 1 avocado and sauerkraut. If you have other vegetables available, don't hesitate to add them to the cooking - sometimes we can add tomato or wilted cabbage if we make extra effort.

Unlike regular fruit-based smoothies (perfect for refueling after a training session!), This smoothie is quite high in fat and low in carbohydrates - an excellent breakfast option!
