Celebrate Fall with this sharp and sweet Whole30 Roasted Squash Salad filled with flavor and textures. It makes a great party for any holiday meal!

I've been watching squash and gourds in every market lately and I know you've enjoyed seeing them this season if you're a big squash fan like me. My favorite pumpkin kabocha pumpkin and I mean it is the best tasting type. In fact, I'm a bit biased because I was the kind of person that I grew up with and I didn't even know about pumpkins until I was in college.

Whole30 Roasted Squash Salad

This delicious and warm salad can be made using kabocha or pumpkin and I think I may have to do it over and over again during the next few months. Without processed sugars, they are very sharp and sweet, and there are many different textures and flavors that complement each other in a very absurd way.

Keeping as a whole30

If you're doing the Whole30 competition (I highly recommend your experiment!), Make sure you buy dried cranberries without adding sugar. It might be hard to find in a regular grocery store, but I got mine on Amazon. They're super tasty alone and they're used in recipes and I like that they contain less sugar and carbohydrates than we're used to.

In addition, this Whole30 Roasted Pumpkin Salad with a little more sweetness without the use of processed sugar is used, a medjool date is used in the dressing, and the result is quite great. Do not forget to keep in warm warm water for 5-10 minutes to soften the date. I'll do it again and again to use as a dressing on any salad dressing type!

Perfect Holiday Garnish

On holidays, I would strongly recommend that you make this easy and satisfying salad to serve along with turkey, ham or any main course. I'm thinking of having a good crowd with any protein and even doing it for a holiday that I can attend in the coming months.
