As you may have guessed, things have definitely improved since we first started hosting in 2005. I just graduated from college for my first Chrismukkah party, and I'm a freshman. Basically, it was made up of friends, chirping beers, squeezed vodka and snacks from the market.

Fast forward more than ten years, we and our parties have grown a little. Now we fill our house with 60+ close and distant friends and enjoy delicious food, quality drinks and have a good time.

Needless to say that hosting so many people requires a lot of food and isn't exactly cheap. Not to mention that it was our first year hosting a baby last year. It was yd hectic.

I didn't think about how much time had actually been spent by the baby, and it was all day running, stressful and cluttered, trying to prepare food for everyone who was 8 months old on my back.

This year, we're turning it back a little bit and we're making as much preparation as we can. This stuffed mini pepper like taco!

Taco Dolma Mini Pepper is an excellent party snack. It is easy to make a big party. They are both necessary to bite size and good finger food - you can eat with your fingers. They are gluten-free, if your gluten sensitive your guests are wonderful (which we're doing).

Taco stuffed mini peppers are quick and easy for children to prepare them. You can find the peppers throughout the year, which is a great choice for holiday parties, summer collectors or Super Bowl parties!

(Also: not just for parties. I'm doing this sometimes instead of tacos for dinner. I mean, they're as good as taco, but instead of a tortilla, you have chillies. So they're like healthy tacos. Prepare it for you; you will not regret it.)

I made my minced meat with chicken, but you can substitute ground beef or vegetable cakes to make it absolutely vegetarian. Add some black beans (remember what I said about my little son's black bean obsession?) And add frozen corn and grated cheese.

I did my own taco spice for this, but the taco seasoning was easier and substitute in the package. Bake them in the oven for a few minutes and that's it. Simple. A great party appetizer or family dinner.

Instructions:

Set the preheat oven to 350 ° F.

Divide each of the mini peppers in half lengthwise. Clean the seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken on a medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked. Mix all spices and water. Cook over medium heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture darkens. Mix with black beans and corn.

Row cut pepper along a baking sheet. Fill each pepper with 1-2 tablespoons of taco mixture and cook for 15 minutes until the peppers are soft.

Remove the oven tray from the oven. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the pepper; Wait 2-3 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts.

You want taco top with toppings.

Peppers can be assembled until a day ahead of time and can be cooked just before eating.

I love this recipe. As you suggested, I can do it with vegetable cakes. This is a very fun way to use peppers from the production department. It's funny, my 3-year-old nephew's got a black bean obsession.

They are very sweet and what a great idea for an appetizer or a quick snack!

We loved the very tasty & spice combination so we popped a notch kick even though we like spicy like it! After cooking, the spices are added after 93% lean ground water is drained and the water and corn starch return to boiling until thick. Lightly salt the peppers for cooking. I put the beans directly into the pepper to fill the taste of everyone in my house and filled them with ground beef. He didn't add corn. The cheese and sour cream made them nice and creamy. Only drawbacks; cleaning peppers took time and could not split into two because they were too young. Definitely try the wonderful taste.
