Avocado, Spinach, Prosciutto and Sweet Potato Tostu with Boiled Eggs
The sweet potato toast is a delicious and healthy gluten-free breakfast alternative. This version is topped with avocado, spinach, salami and boiled eggs.
I think I'm in heaven! And they all go down to three words: sweet potato toast.
I was used to eating bread as a gluten-free gal. There's just that road. And to be honest, I really don't miss this much. Of course, I'll occasionally buy a strange slice of gluten-free toast (yes, moderate friends), but I don't want bread like before. My life looks more full of healthier vegetables, protein, fruit and nuts - which makes me feel better.
When the food makes you feel better, you want more!
BUT, oh, I didn't know what you could do with these little sweet potato slices. As the top with healthy goodness layers. And then die and go to heaven. Seriously.
Now here in the US ”avocado toast“ is actually not something. But it's in my homeland, in New Zealand, in Australia and in many parts of Europe. So what is sadece avocado toast ın or ”avoid toast ok - is just that. Toast topped with sliced ??or shredded avocado. Similarly, we put cream cheese on butter or pretzel. But much healthier.
Wash and rub the sweet potatoes. Slice the potato longitudinally using a mandoline.
Lightly grease both sides of the sweet potato wedges, then place them in a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
While cooking potatoes, bring a water container to boil. Crack the eggs and boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove the eggs from the pot and place in a bowl with water at room temperature (when the potato is still cooking).
Place 1 pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil and cook prosciutto on both sides for 1 minute. Remove and place a paper towel.
After cooking the potatoes are added to a plate and filled with crushed avocado, baby spinach, a slice of prosciutto and boiled eggs.

Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable. However, despite the widespread use of microwave ovens and excellent safety recordings, some people suspect that cooking microwaved food makes it somewhat less healthy by removing foods from eating. Do you cook with microwave? Are microwave foods healthy?
How does microwave cooking work?
Understanding how microwave ovens work can help clarify the answers to these general questions. Microwave ovens cook food similar to radio waves but using shorter energy waves. These waves are highly selective, mainly affecting water and other electrically asymmetrical molecules - one end is positively charged and the other is negatively charged. Microwave ovens cause these molecules to vibrate and rapidly generate thermal (heat) energy.
Are microwaves safe to cook?
Some foods, when they are exposed to heat, from a microwave oven or a normal oven, are broken down. Vitamin C is perhaps the most clear example. However, since microwave cooking times are shorter, cooking with microwave does a better job of preserving vitamin C and other nutrients that are decomposed when heated.
When going to the vegetables, cooking in water takes some of the nutritional values ??because the nutrients flow into the cooking water. For example, boiled broccoli loses glycosinolate, a sulfur-containing compound that can give vegetables the ability to fight against cancer (and many find it distinctive and some find it disgusting). But let's not get lost in details. Vegetables are good for you in any way you prepare, and most of us don't eat enough. Is the microwave oven good or bad? Microwave is an engineering wonder, a miracle of convenience - and sometimes advantageous in feeding.
