Cooking adventures in a small, cabinet-sized kitchen. - I realized my food was boring, and I ate the same food over and over again. It's time to change! Now, I spend my free time trying to find, create and try delicious new recipes in my kitchen in the size of the closet.

French chicken

The moist and soft chicken is roasted in a French onion soup such as sauce and filled with plenty of melted cheese.

I'm still in the casual dining mode because it's not heated so much, and my newest recipe is the French fried chicken I've encountered at The Kitchn. I'm not a big fan of french onion soup, that is to say, to love caramelized onions gently in a delicious broth covered with melted cheese! This recipe takes some time to caramelize the onions in a pan, fry the chicken in another pan, make the water, cook them in an oven and fry in the oven; Topping with cheese and fried until melted. In general, this is a truly delicious meal where the French onion soup and cheese provide a ton of flavor and make the chicken a main dish to make sure it will impress both your family and your guests from the garnish!

Melt the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onions and cook for about an hour until a deep golden brown, with occasional stirring, add some water or broth to polish the pan as necessary.

Add garlic, thyme and flour and cook for another minute while stirring.

Add half of the broth, dry the pan, boil, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in another pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken and salt and pepper, add chicken and brown on both sides before placing, add about 2-4 minutes.

Add the remaining broth container to the pan (the chicken is freshly removed), dry the skin, stir in balsamic vinegar and mustard, boil it, reduce the heat and cook for about 5 minutes to halve.

Place the onions in an oven-safe pan, place on the chicken and place on the ceiling, cover with a lid or foil and cook in a preheated 350F / 180C oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle over the cheese and cook until it dissolves in about 2-4 minutes.

Option: For One-Pan: Make 6 ounces of pasta in a pan by adding 8 ounces of pasta and 2 1/4 cups of broth or water (or 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of juice or water). Closed for about 12 minutes (or 20 minutes for rice) until cooked.

Kevin, this is a delicious recipe, as I've tried all of you. Two dozen. I mean, I mean, I misunderstand the title. I thought we were having french fried chicken thighs with french onion soup. It was good, but where was the soup? How can you adjust this recipe to include enough broth / soup to feed four? You put rocks and I'm a 70-year-old doctor who likes to cook.

Great recipe. I loved! My wife and I did it with 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs but no longer had the sauce. You can easily make 8 thighs and you can take someone. I served it with broccoli, rice and fried french bread.

I will usually try everything you send. This? Yummy !!! I did it last night. Although the recipe was perfect, I just changed one little thing. On the last legs there were cremini mushrooms. One more day and date. So I decided to chop them up and throw them on the onions. Favor was outstanding and I loved using the chicken instead of the chicken. You're amazing !!!!!! EXCELLENT! I did this for a family dinner party and couldn't be more impressed. In fact I don't even like French onion soup, so I have no idea why this recipe. But that's more proof that I think everyone will love him.

I've got a lot of soup left, so I'm gonna get a bunch more of chicken breasts and cook again!

I've tried what is done in the soup since the French Onion Soup has the ingredients listed in the recipe since both onion and veal. And I didn't have to cook onions for 30 minutes without having to describe the onions, so I saved some of them. Great taste.
