Dinner is served and seems to be some of the most delicious and healthy gnocchi I've made with cauliflower.

It has all the nice things and made with just two ingredients.

Also, the cream sauce was about my favorite thing.

You can argue that there will be no excuse for making spinach cream sauce and gnocchi.

I'm about to go to Canada on a family holiday this week, so I'm trying to make a few extra blog recipes to share with you next week.

I can't say I'm in the mood for work ...

In my mind, there are many more avocado cakes with avocado butter cream, which literally buys all the properties in my mind.

And you know why, from this chocolate to death, when you taste these three layers of chocolate fad, when I publish the holy recipe.

But we're not here to talk about avocado cakes.

I'm here for the gnocchi, and I bet it's yours.

I did three different paleo gnocchi variations this week and I can't choose a favorite!

That's the problem with Gnocchi.

It's like having children, you can't just pick someone who's stealing the show. I don't need to know, but I have a lot of brothers and I love them all to death.

Dear sweet potato gnocchi and cauliflower gnocchi:

I love both of you, but this article was dedicated to a man full of fluffy mega vegetables like a soft pillow with crispy edges.

This time I decided to cook this karnuli gnocchi.

Mostly, because I've been frying a lot of gnocchis lately, I had to try this hands-off version.

I know I'll come one day when I want a gnocchi, but I don't want to take the time to watch it scratchy and throw it into the furnace, so I thought throwing it into the oven could be a good way to keep things easy. I still get this crisp factor!

It worked like a charm!

These beauties came out of the oven, begging me to try.

I did it too.

And wonders!

Also, the food processor I use for this recipe. Makes it very easy to mix everything!

Vaporate cauliflower for about five minutes until soft. Tighten the cauliflower's water with dishwashing towel and squeeze the excess water. The remaining cauliflower should measure about 1 1/2 cups.

In a food processor, mix the ingredients until it becomes smooth for the gnocchi (you may need to add more or less amount of cassava to knead the dough).

Separate the dough into four equal parts and roll into 3/4 "diameter tubes on a lightly coated surface with cassava flour. Cut the dough tubes 1" into pieces.

Boil water in a large saucepan and lower the gnocchi. After rising to the surface, gently beat with olive oil.

Place the gnocchi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzled with olive oil. Cook at 425F for 20 minutes, then turn over the gnocchi and cook for another 20 minutes until golden.

Mix the sauce (except the spinach) ingredients together in a saucepan and continuously beat until the sauce is smooth (or use a hand blender). If you over-cook, it becomes too thick and becomes excessively sticky. Stir continuously to avoid agglomeration. Then take it from the cooker, add the spinach, flip, then stir in the gnocchi.

I did it tonight! Very good! But the question is, do I need to cook them? This is the first gnocchi recipe I've ever encountered and tells me to cook them. Usually when you swim up the hill, can you serve them? I'd like to know if that's possible. Thanks!

A few questions about cauliflower: If I buy chopped cauliflower, do I need 4 cups or 1 1/2 cups? If I buy chopped, do I need to steam for 5 minutes? or less time? Thanks! I can't wait to try it.

I was very excited about this recipe and followed it to the end, sauteed in butter / butter. I was surprised to see Gnocchi taste like flour. Flour taste needs to be cooked. Taste it? I wonder what happened.

I don't think gnocchi should be boiled. When I boiled my gnocchi, they completely melted, fused, and ruined the whole party. Other recipes are the same, close the boiling section. I hope this helps. Thanks!
