I didn't want to strengthen this soup's pumpkin spice flavor, so I left the hot peppers out and used a bitter sauce for the side dish.

Obviously I get a lot of freedom about the reality of this Jamaican Pumpkin Soup. It may not be authentic, but it is very tasty and makes a great use of the fresh pumpkin, one of the seasons stars. When you taste this soup, you can even hear the sounds of steel drums and feel the sea breezes.

In a large container, heat the oil at medium high temperature. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic and bring the heat to medium, and the onions are half-transparent and the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add stock, bay leaf and pumpkin flesh. Boil. Bake the heat on low heat until it becomes soft for about 20 minutes until loafy.

Add allspice, nutmeg, ginger, coconut milk, orange and lemon juice. Use a dip mixer directly into the container to puree until the velvet is smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer them into small groups in a blender or food processor, making sure not to process too much at once (or jump into the hot soup).

Heat again to the boiling point, then remove from the stove and add salt and pepper to sweeten. Serve with a pinch of hot sauce on it.

When preparing your pumpkin, store the seeds and fry, fry for a delicious and delicious snack or salad dressing.

Pumpkin meat color may vary from pale yellow to dark orange. If your pumpkin is not as colorful as you want, add a tablespoon or two turmeric to get that beautiful orange tone.
