Is spring spring in your location? I'm not exactly here yet, but I think it's gently coming here. In my opinion. But really, who knows?! For this healthy Gluten-free Lemon Pie Weighing (also milk-free and non-refined cane sugar!), I thought I would light everyone's day by sharing this very easy recipe, because what does süt Spring on say better than a beautiful lemon tart?

Gluten-free Lemon Tart

This nice tart requires very little work. There is a shell to roll and a scattered curd to be cooked in a pot. If you have a high power mixer that is warmed up, you can cook the curd directly in 6 minutes. Do you remember my release on this Dairy Free Lemon Lor, including my first video? This is the same recipe we will use today.

Naturally gluten-free

Many gluten-free baked products are full of ingredients that are not good for our health, so it is better to do it ourselves and use all of the naturally gluten-free food ingredients and provide nutrition to our bodies, as in this recipe. . Even if you eat gluten, why don't you add diversity and try something new? The balance and variety is so delicious!

Today, we use some simple gluten-free ingredients to create a delicious crust similar to Pâte brisée, flaky and sweet, but there is no need to remove anything. Simply mix and press directly into the pan (be sure to use a pan with a removable base). Since it is pre-cooked, all you have to do is pour it into pre-cooked lemon cheese, then! You can prepare this beauty in about half an hour.

If your mixer cannot heat up, then you can still make it and bake it in the oven, which is what I actually do here. Both ways were delicious!

Gluten-Free Lemon Tart | Milk free | Cane Sugar

Makes 1 tart (about 13 "x 4.25" or 10 "round)

* Since we use the flavors in this schedule, be sure to use only organic lemon to reduce the risk of exposure to chemicals and pesticides.

Fresh organic fruits

chopped pistachios

powdered sugar sprinkle


To make the shell: In a medium mixing vessel, mix all dry ingredients for the shell. Add the pieces of vegan butter, eggs and maple syrup. Mix the mixture with a fork until it is wet and adhered to each other. The tissue will be too crumbly, so you don't have to worry.

Use your fingers to push and smooth the shell into your mold.

If using cooked curd, cook at 375F for about 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. If using ham cheese, cook at 350F for 15 minutes.

To make lemon cheese: In a strong mixer, mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes until it becomes creamy and smooth. If your blender becomes hot, stir for 6 minutes.

Once the shell has been cooked, pour an equal amount of lor to fill. If using raw cheese, bake at 350F for another 20 minutes, then let it cool and store in the refrigerator until ready.

If you use cooked curd, cool it for 45-60 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.

Add fresh organic strawberries to the top before serving.
