How to make healthy fried cauliflower rice
This recipe is really easy to do and one of my favorite dinners on weekdays. If you prepare the molten cauliflower in advance, it will take less than 20 minutes. As for the oil in this recipe, most of my recipes are fat-free, but I suggest you keep sesame oil in this recipe, because it really gives you the, fried rice, taste.
To make this dish, cook the garlics in a pan with sesame oil for a few minutes, then add the carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook until cooked and serve.

I prepared this dinner for my dinner. I used it as an inspiration. I lowered the kaje by half and poured a tablespoon of canola oil instead of cauliflower. I like the rich walnut aroma. Still low carb, low fat. Just perfect!
