My friends Erica and Justin from Real Simple Good just created a wonderful e-book called 30 Minutes Paleo Meals. This book is on my street! I'm about easy meals that don't have millions of ingredients and are prepared quickly. 30 of the recipes are made in 30 minutes or less, contain 7 or fewer ingredients and they are all delicious!
