I thought for a moment that San Diego would actually "fall" this year. It was September and was in the 60s during the day. I was wearing sweaters, burning pumpkin candles in heaven in autumn. But then the clouds broke up and we were hit again with 80 degrees of air. I know… oh my. But I was really enjoying the good weather.
At least we could claim that it was cold by doing some Fall food. I shared the first soup recipe of the season - Vegan Enchilada Soup. And today we support one of my favorite dishes. Spicy Potatoes Bowls with Tahini Sauce with Mustard!
To start them, you'll roast some spices with red onion, bell pepper and jalapeño - all in a perfect way.
While frying potatoes, we will prepare the sauce and marinate the sewer.
A little deviation from one of my dressing recipes - The Best Tahini Dressing. According to some comments, it was just too tart. I think I like the circus dresser, which is my favorite outfit. BUT, I called the vinegar back in this wrap to accommodate everyone's taste. As with everything, taste and adjust to your taste.
To marinate your cabbage, apply some lemon juice on the chopped cabbage and massage. Make love to the castle. With your hands. It will make you eat nice, soft and super easy.
After the potatoes are nice and the crispy vegetables soften, sprinkle with a little salt and combine the bowls.
Put the marinated cabbage, raw red onion and roasted potatoes in some bowls and add the tahini cheese with mustard.
This dish is like falling in a bowl. So whatever the weather, we can eat our way through the season at least.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and align a baking tray with the parchment paper.
Potato, 1/2 of red onion, jalapeño, bell pepper, olive oil, red pepper and chili powder are combined in a bowl. Coat evenly. Mix the mixture into the baking tray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn. Cook for 10-20 minutes or until the potatoes become crisp and the vegetables are soft.
When cooking potatoes, combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Sweeten and adjust as needed. Add water to the desired consistency. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
After dressing, place the cabbage in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Massage for 30-60 seconds or add lemon juice and until the cabbage becomes soft. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with additional salt if necessary.

This is my second week for my lunch! I absolutely love the flavors and dressings. I really threw the cabbage into the dressing, after a minute I had to fill the vegetables with a little bit. EXCELLENT.

I had to watch this page again, so I can say that this is my FAVORITE salad. I like adding chickpeas and I use roasted broccoli instead of cabbage to fill a little more. And of course I like the tahini dressing. It's a perfect winter meal.
I'm eating it now and it's divine! Better than I expected. I only did it for myself, so I took 1 tablespoon of tahini for dressing and just a teaspoon of vinegar and maybe 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Spices set accordingly. Used two cups of cabbage and medium plain potatoes with skins on it. The dressing is amazing! And I like the contrast of textures and the temperature of the potatoes. Next time I'm gonna try this on my family, they'il love it. Thanks!

Fast-food stores are plentiful and fast food has the reputation of being unhealthy, while an increasing number of large chains are adding more nutritious options to their menus.
Sockets that allow more customization of orders tend to have lower calorie or more feeder selections. However, there are currently healthy options on the menu of the largest fast-food chains.

Subway also offers salads that can be a low-calorie alternative to a sandwich. All salads include lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, onions, cucumbers, green peppers and olives.

2. Taco Bell
Taco Bell is another great fast-food chain with a variety of healthy options. The ability to personalize each order allows people to choose more vegetable-like nutrients.
According to Taco Bell's website, three-quarters of its menus are under 500 calories. Some of the lowest calorie options are the Fresco menu, which uses regular sauce and cheese instead of vegetable based salsa.
One of the healthiest options is Chicken Soft Taco. Each taco contains about 170 calories, 8 g fat, containing only 3 g of saturated fat.
Bean Burrito is a vegetarian option containing 11 g fat, 380 calories, including 4 g of saturated fat.
Vegetarian options are lower in fat than meat options.
Chipotle is a Mexican-style chain that specializes in tacos and burritos. Similar to Subway and Taco Bell, Chipotle allows people to customize their meals to include healthy choices.
Healthy options are burritos or white rice instead of white rice. In a chicken bowl bowl containing fresh tomato salsa and brown rice, there are 415 calories, 13 g fat and 4 g saturated fat.
For a lower calorie, vegetarian option, people can choose a plate of bean curd, brown rice and a sofritas patty with lettuce. It contains 365 calories, 10 g fat and 1.5 g saturated fat. Adding sauce will increase the number of calories.
McDonald's had the reputation of being unhealthy, but they recently reaffirmed themselves to offer a variety of fresh and nutritious ingredients. Some of these changes may be cosmetics, while McDonald's has better options.
Fillet-O-Fish contains 390 calories and 4 g of saturated fat from 19 g of total fat. Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad contains only 320 calories and 6 g of saturated fat from a total of 14 g.
5. Burger King
Burger King is one of the largest burger chains in the United States, but has a limited number of healthy options. But some choices are a little healthier than others.
It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.
BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.
