The Savoy cabbages are slightly sautéed, giving a nice butter and sweet taste. After thin slicing (or shredding), allow the vegetable to quickly throw away the natural sweetness.
Sauteed time is for you. Sauté longer for a softer texture. A quick throw will give you a clearer texture.
The Savoy is perfect for pre-prepared salads because it contains less water, so it remains brittle and fresh in the refrigerator.
If you can't find the Savoy cabbage, the next best thing will be the nappa cabbage. Since nappa cabbage contains more water, a quick and light shot in the sautéed pan will suffice.

I filled the cabbage with sugar peas, red cabbage, almond slices and green onions. They give a nice crisp and color contrast to the food and make it more appetizing and nutritious.

I matched the salad with a simple homemade fried sesame sauce sauce. You can easily double the amount of salad dressing from the recipe below.
The fried sesame salad sauce will just pass the chicken with grilled pork, shrimp or beef which is not good.

Dressing: (can be easily doubled):
Chicken: Mix both sides of the chicken thigh with salt, garlic, onion, sweet paprika powder. Pan, fry with 1 tablespoon of ghee until both sides are golden brown and cooked. Covered with light aluminum foil and set aside.
