I love this chicken because it means a dish to be washed because it is made on a single plate. Yeah, you read it right. I also have the most delicious maple / mustard pickle I've wanted to put on almost everything - I think you'll faint!

Last year I came across this maple mustard chicken recipe for the most dense months of my life.

The key to this recipe is that everything is cooking at the same time, so you can throw it in the oven + you don't have to think.

The chicken is marinated in a delicious maple mustard sauce and the extra pickle is thrown on brussels sprouts!

Replacement for this recipe:
