* Slow Cooker Instructions: Add all your ingredients to a 6-liter slow cooker, make sure you get some liquid under the chicken breast, mix well and cook your pumpkin pepper in Crock-Pot for 6 hours.

** Leave black beans to bring down the carbohydrate / 4 gram fiber in each serving of carbohydrate.

This was perfect! The only changes I made were using white north beans instead of black / kidney beans and then adding a large cube of chopped tomatoes. And I don't really like spicy stuff either, so I've taken jalapeño (I used a little chopped peppers) and Cayenne. So delicious!

DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I did differently was to make Vegan and lean. The chicken was swaped in soya beans, chicken broth and vegetable broth and sauteed onions and garlic in water. I swallowed him! My hubby especially wants to go to these frequently used dishes. Thank you! Absolutely delicious and fast!

I did this for a little Halloween meeting and it was perfect! I didn't use jalapenos because I didn't want to be too spicy. I also added 1/2 can of canned corn in the pot after shredding the chicken. Hello, Chelsey! Are you adding something else instead of chicken? Chicken is a big part of the recipe. I suggest changing the canned chickpea or different beans and then cook for 5-6 minutes at high pressure. I hope this helps!
