Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper to the chicken tenders on both sides.

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pan to the pan. Fry the chicken, fry both sides. Remove it from the pan and set it aside. (chicken cannot be cooked completely at this stage)

Dry the pan with chicken water. Scrape and mix bits of bits that may stick to the pan.

Add the shallots, garlic, mushrooms, thyme and some sea salt and pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.

Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir until the cheese melts and all components are combined. Add the roasted red peppers.

Add the chicken to the pot again. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

When I first try a recipe, I try to stay true to the original recipe. This time I couldn't do what was happening in my refrigerator. I've been marinated with chicken for another recipe, then I saw it! I used that chicken, there were NO shallots, and I used roasted mushrooms and marinated, red pepper. OMGOSH was scrumptious !!! Thank you for sharing your expertise!

Spaghetti squash on very tasty! I'm not very experienced in cream sauces, so my only question is why didn't the shredded parmesan cheese get mixed in with the cream? I looked through the instructions and thought I was following them exactly?
