Remove the stalks from the mushrooms (discard or store for another use); Put the covers aside. In a small skillet, saute the onion tender until 1 tablespoon oil. Combine a small bowl of cream cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/2 glasses of cheese and seafood spices. Gently mix the crab and onions.

Amazing! So delicious. I almost followed, but I covered the mushrooms with caps and sautéed and added to the filing mix. I only had 4 mushroom caps, so I cut an orange sweet pepper in two and filled it. Big hit.

It was very delicious recipes. I did some of the same tweaks Kemeschmu did. I added red sweet pepper, celery and sauteed garlic with onion. Probably would have tasted pretty good without them though.

Absolutely delicious! ! I used low-fat cream cheese and used regular crab legs. Canned 9.99 part, crab legs sold for 6.99 a lb. Score !! A little extra work but oh worth it! I haven't eaten experienced bread crumbs, so I spiced it straight with Emeril's Essence. Yum!

I love it. I changed him a little. Red sweet pepper and celery added. I sautéed it with onions. Old sheep and other types of seafood spice, added dill grass. some garlic salt and powder. Everyone loved it. I will definitely do this again. Served with a simple green salad with shrimp

I'd do that if I could give it to 6 stars. I used panko bread crumbs and added a teaspoon of dry parsley flakes instead of spicy breadcrumbs. So I changed the green onion instead of the sweet onion. The quality of this recipe is restaurant.
