This Pad Thai is so good that I made it possible for all the traditional diets. I want everyone to do that! The freshest tasting Pad Thai ever with authentic ingredients and flavors. So if you eat Keto, Whole30, Paleo, GAPS, AIP, or anything, it's Pad Thai for you.

All30 and AIP

If you are making Whole30 or AIP diets, there are only a few changes in the recipe below. I want to emphasize these changes here because I know that each of us has to be careful about what we eat and to be open.

There's some stevia in the recipe. You'il leave it out. The recipe shows that it has "neglected" the stevi at every stage. The noodles will still taste great!

AIP folks don't eat nuts or legumes, so you'll skip nuts and peanuts and bean sprouts.

All 30 folks will use a glass of cashew, not cashew. Cashew is spectacular, so there is no loss.

Finally, the AIP nation will exclude the optional red pepper garnish, it becomes spicy. No, biggie.

So the description is mostly solid. You'll use wonderful and unique materials such as a sugarless tamarind paste paste (here you can find it). <- you can get this link, or many markets carry it in the ethnic food section. Just make sure you get the pure, unsweetened. Also, many of you will need the Red Boat Fish Sauce (which you can find here) already. If you don't have it yet, you'll love it. This is a unique, essential Thai substance that makes many recipes perfect. The only unsweetened fish sauce presented to people of Paleo type.

I made all the recipes without eggs. It is perfect for AIP and faster for everyone. This means that the recipe comes together in a few quick steps and the recipe does not miss the egg.

Keto and all30

Keto means that this is a high-fat, very low-carbohydrate dinner. The whole30 means only the full foods, there are no sweeteners and there is nothing tolerant in the tissue. Basically, it's a healing meal, but also oh-so-satisfying !!! Delicious and beautiful!

Paleo and GAPS

No grains, no sugar, noodles and a meat sauce make this dish very special. An authentic Thai language but without compromising our diet choices.

Heat in large pan or shake over high heat. Add 2 tbsp oil. Add pork, prawns or preferred meats and 1 teaspoon sea salt. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for pork or 2-5 minutes for shrimp, often stirring until pink. If you are using pork, use the spatula to cut into small pieces when cooking.

Take the meat in a bowl while continuing to cook; put aside.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the hot pot (still over high heat). Add the garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes until it is fragrant. Add the pumpkin noodles and cook for 10-15 minutes, rotate and rotate continuously (use tongs or 2 forks) until they are warm and lightly faded. (Cooking times vary depending on how big your boiler is. You can cook the noodle evenly and quickly with a large boiler.

Serve noodles garnished with bean sprouts and green onions. Place a lemon slice on one side of each dish. Provide extra fish sauce (whole30 / Paleo while chopped hazelnuts or Keto / GAPS peanuts; do not skip for AIP) and provide red pepper flakes (skip for AIP).

This is very beautiful, I love all the live products there, it is filled with the goodness of all these pumpkins. Tamarind paste is a very tasty flavor, I just love this flavor in Pad Thai. I love the version and so many people can enjoy it.

Microwave cooking and nutrition

Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable. However, despite the widespread use of microwave ovens and excellent safety recordings, some people suspect that cooking microwaved food makes it somewhat less healthy by removing foods from eating. Do you cook with microwave? Are microwave foods healthy?

How does microwave cooking work?

Understanding how microwave ovens work can help clarify the answers to these general questions. Microwave ovens cook food similar to radio waves but using shorter energy waves. These waves are highly selective, mainly affecting water and other electrically asymmetrical molecules - one end is positively charged and the other is negatively charged. Microwave ovens cause these molecules to vibrate and rapidly generate thermal (heat) energy.

Are microwaves safe to cook?

Some foods, when they are exposed to heat, from a microwave oven or a normal oven, are broken down. Vitamin C is perhaps the most clear example. However, since microwave cooking times are shorter, cooking with microwave does a better job of preserving vitamin C and other nutrients that are decomposed when heated.

When going to the vegetables, cooking in water takes some of the nutritional values ??because the nutrients flow into the cooking water. For example, boiled broccoli loses glycosinolate, a sulfur-containing compound that can give vegetables the ability to fight against cancer (and many find it distinctive and some find it disgusting). Steaming vegetables - even steaming microwave - is it better? In some ways, yes. For example, steamed broccoli holds more glucosinolate than boiled or fried broccoli.

Are microwaves bad for your health?

The method of cooking, which keeps the nutrients in the best way, is a method that quickly heats, warms food and uses as little liquid as possible. The microwave meets these criteria. Using the microwave with a small amount of water evaporates food from the inside out. It contains more vitamins and minerals than almost all other cooking methods and shows that microwave foods can be really healthy.

But let's not get lost in details. Vegetables are good for you in any way you prepare, and most of us don't eat enough. Is the microwave oven good or bad? Microwave is an engineering wonder, a miracle of convenience - and sometimes advantageous in feeding.
