Since we bought a large cast iron pan, this has become very easy. My favorite dinners, all the ingredients in a single pot. Prepare the grill by heating coal or burning gas. Put a large cast iron pan on the grill to heat together with the grill. Prepare food by chopping ingredients. Chop the cabbage in 1-2 inch pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin discs. Garlic mince. If using a real onion, slice it into small pieces. Cut the apple into small cubes or slices. Cut the smoked sausage into small slices.
