Low Carb Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese
It is a healthy alternative to mac and cheese made with steamed cauliflower and has 100 times better taste without added carbohydrates. Even if you start eating for the first time, or if you've heard of cauliflower mac and cheese, be prepared to be surprised by me. Cauliflower mac and cheese is the perfect way to introduce this amazing vegetable to your children brilliantly. It is also great for those who are applying a low carbohydrate diet or for a healthier diet.
This mac and cheese doesn't contain any pasta at all. Yeah. I told. Completely made with cauliflower. Cauliflower is steamed in the microwave until it is almost soft and soft, and is similar to the structure of al-dente pasta. Pasta and cheese are great because the texture is very similar to pasta.
But that's not even the best part. The real magic is in the cheese sauce. I like onions, shallots and garlic while preparing mac and cheese to add an extra layer of flavor. I also use 3 kinds of cheese. I personally like to combine cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella or italian cheese, but you can mix everything.

I used this cauliflower mac and cheese for cheddar cheddar, 6 cheese italian and parmesan. You can use cheese blocks or grated version.
Divide the cauliflower into a small flower and place it in a large microwave bowl. Cover with plastic package for 8-10 minutes and fill with steam. Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes with water on the hob.
When cooking cauliflower, heat a large pan or pot to medium high heat. Add olive oil, butter and onions. Cook the onions for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Add the garlics and cook for only 30 seconds. Add milk and cheese. Mix the mixture until the cheese is completely melted and the texture is smooth.
Pour into steamed cauliflower and stir until completely combined. Boil for 3-5 minutes or cauliflower soften and soft according to your preference or preference.
Use a low-fat sour cream cream cheese to reduce calories. Use low-fat cheese.
