This Easy, Low Carb Reuben Cabbage Roll has all the favorite ingredients that make Corned Beef and Cabbage so popular, but it's even better to have them rolled into a creamy Bin Ada dressing!

Corned Beef and Cabbage is a winning dish in my house, because it's the only time I can have my children willingly eat cabbage. Although she is not very enthusiastic about the cabbage, she eats it with a canned beef.

Beef and cabbage are cooked separately in this recipe. Canned corned beans and all remaining ingredients are added to a bowl and then filled in all the cooked cabbage leaves. A perfect meal with a creamy homemade Thousand Island and plenty of seafood ovens, dressed in and on top!

Do not hesitate to remove the middle stem of the cabbage leaves and make your rolls a little smaller. They tend to be stiff at the center, but if the cabbage is cooked sufficiently, it should be soft enough to roll with this sweet fill inside.

Typical stuffed cabbage rolls usually contain tomatoes or marinara sauce on the bottom, and I knew that a creamy sauce should be here because it covered them.

I made my own homemade Bin Island dressing for this recipe but of course you can use a store you bought, be sure to check the label for extra sugar.

For sauerkraut, weigh 1 cup and equal to 5 ounces or grams above. In liquid measurements, yes, 8 ounces is equal to a cup, but sauerkraut is not a liquid and weighed 5 ounces.

Burger King is one of the largest burger chains in the United States, but has a limited number of healthy options. But some choices are a little healthier than others.

It contains a normal, simple hamburger, 10 g total fat, 3.5 g saturated fat, and 240 calories. Grilled Chicken Sandwich contains 470 calories, 3.5 g saturated fat and 19 g fat.

BK Veggie Burger can be a healthier option among these examples. Contains 2,5 g of saturated fat, 390 calories and 17 g of fat.

6. Wendy

Wendy is another common fast-food chain that allows people to personalize their orders to make their choices healthier.

The menu of the chain is not abundant in healthy options, but some meals are able to customize to lower the calorie content.
