30 Minutes Chicken and White Bean Pepper

Ahhhh spring! I love the 'lightness' and the color it brings to the table this season. But sometimes I want the lightness and color of a soup or chili while still desiring the warmth. This Chicken and White Bean Chili offers the best of both worlds and is made in less than 30 minutes! (This post includes affiliate links. It is made with simple pepper, minced chicken, sweet white onion, freshly chopped tomatoes, artichoke heart, white beans, hominy (what do I say?), And this recipe is flavored with cumin, cayenne pepper and bitter powder that tastes all kinds! Then it was ok with sour cream and a few avocado slices. The sour cream melts into the pepper and gives it a thick, creamy texture and avocados ir a good Californian, we add them to everything!

Then what the hell is Hominy?

Hominy is dried corn dipped in a lime mineral bath. It is the key component of many Mexican dishes and is used to make semolina. I mean, even if you didn't, you had a chance. This makes a nice addition to white bean pepper. I can always use normal corn, but I would definitely recommend this auspicious experiment! You can usually find hominy near canned corn.

Tips and what you need: Depending on how hot your hot pepper needs to be, according to your personal taste, so give season accordingly. If you need to know how to chop off an onion, I have a video tutorial that teaches you how to do it in just 60 seconds. If you prefer to grate the garlic instead of chopping, you'll need a pot, a good knife and a micro plane. It's a little time-saving.

The artichoke heart is spicy and sunny with spring spicy and topped with avocado and sour cream. I recommend that you do not skip the sour cream (unless you use milk);

Are microwaves bad for your health? Almost every American house has a microwave. The convenience they offer is undeniable.
