Orange and White Easy Potato Gratin

I like sweet potatoes. My husband likes white potatoes. And we both don't call attorneys because we've found a way to solve the troubles in our potatoes: Orange and White Gratin Potatoes are the best of both worlds! (This post has affiliate links. Staying the same.)

Very easy!

Slices of potatoes, cream, parmesan, green onion, thyme, sea salt and pepper, and place it in the rows. Then cook with more parmesan, add a generous aid, and greyere!

Place the slices in the oven tray in rows (three white, two orange). I like to bend each row in the opposite direction of the previous row. Pour the remaining cream on the potatoes in each bowl. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and some more sea salt and pepper

Cover the cookware with a lid or foil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, add the grated gruyere on top of the potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft and the cheese is crisp and golden

Decorate and serve the desired amount of green onion
